Use the tools below to check which cottages are available during your desired dates and send us a reservation request. We do our best to respond to inquiries by the next business day.
Please note that we require a two night minimum stay. We also strive to keep Sundays "restful" for our staff by not allowing guests to check-in on Sundays. Thank you for your understanding.
The total cost of your stay includes the nightly rental rate, the cleaning fee ($65-75 per stay), and the North Carolina tax rate. At this time, we are collecting payment through PayPal.
The standard check-in time on the day of your arrival is 3pm. You will receive an email with arrival instructions the day before your reservation begins.
The standard check-out time on the day of your departure is 11am. Before you leave, we kindly ask that you do the following items:
Please take note of the maximum guest capacity for each cottage. Cottage occupancy numbers are non-negotiable and will be strictly enforced. The cottages are not suitable for large gatherings or parties. Any violations will result in forfeiture of all fees and the immediate eviction of all guests.
For the safety of both your pets and our farm animals, we regret that we cannot allow any pets during your stay. Many of our animals, including the farm dogs, have free range on the farm and they are frightened when they encounter a strange animal on the property. Thank you for understanding.
There is no smoking allowed in the cottages. If you choose to smoke outside, please do so away from the cottages and be sure to properly dispose of your trash.
We're so glad you asked! Use the Check Availability tool above to confirm that your desired dates and cottage are available. Then submit an inquiry using the Reservation Request form.
After we review the request, we will reply with a quote for the stay and a link to submit payment through PayPal. You will also receive an email with instructions to sign a renter agreement.
Yes! We encourage you to explore the farm at your leisure. Please be sure you close any gates, as we do not want our animals getting out. Come find us on the farm if you want to help with the "chores."
No, we are not currently selling any meat, eggs, produce, or cornmeal. We hope to offer our farm products again in the future!
